Privacy policy
What we collect
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, USCF IDs, dates of birth for eligibility, and payment confirmations from Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To run tournaments and classes, send receipts and tournament-day messages, and, if you opt in, the newsletter. Entries lists show player names and ratings as is standard for rated events.
Children
Accounts are for adults. Players under 13 are registered by a parent or guardian from the parent's account, and their pages are never indexed by search engines.
Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Receipts and account messages are sent regardless because they are part of the service.
Your data
Email us to export or delete your data. Tournament results that have been submitted to US Chess cannot be withdrawn.
