Refund policy

Each tournament sets its own refund policy, shown on the event page and enforced automatically when you withdraw from your account.

The usual policy: a full refund until seven days before the first round, half until two days before, and no refund after that. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

If you cannot play because of illness or an emergency after the deadline, write to the tournament director. We are reasonable.
